Michael J. Coyne
Senior Vice President of Administration - Verdugo Energy, LLC
Mr. Coyne is an attorney who joined Verdugo Energy, LLC, on a full-time basis in March of 2013. Prior to joining Verdugo Energy, Mr. Coyne was a litigator in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for thirty years with the law firm of Bacon Wilson, P.C. in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Mr. Coyne assists the President by reviewing the company's contracts and provides in-house legal advice to the President regarding contract construction. Mr. Coyne also advises the President on human resource issues. Mr. Coyne is located in Los Angeles, California.
Mrs. Lacy has served as the Executive Assistant to the President of Pablo Energy II, LLC, since January, 2005 in Amarillo, Texas. Mrs. Lacy graduated from Clarendon College with an associates degree in applied science. From 2000 through 2004, Mrs. Lacy was employed by Amarillo Pathology Group and from 1995 to 1999, Mrs. Lacy was employed by Grantham, Cory and Heare, P.C.
